Lead Recruitment Consultant

An exciting opportunity to join AW Safety as their lead recruitment consultant. We are looking for a motivated, driven high energy to join the consultancy team.

We specialist in health and safety experience in this sector desirable but not a nasality as you will receive support for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiating contracts with clients
• Advising clients on selecting suitable candidates for their vacancies
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Identifying potential new clients and acquiring their business.

What we are looking for:

• A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong commercial business acumen
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
• A winning mentality
• The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
• Team player
